PARTNER’S TASKS

BEIA CONSULT INTERNATIONAL SRL – BEIA

Management

  1. Coordination of activities at local level.
  2. Financial management of costs incurred at partner organization’s level.
  3. Appoint and involve one financial officer
  4. Participation in all partner meetings, include e-meetings.
  5. Quarterly activity and financial reporting to the Coordinator respecting deadlines in relation to project Monitoring and Quality Reports
  6. Taking preventive or corrective measures, if necessary, to avoid risks.
  7. Create and maintain a project website, which shall be hosted by UPB

Implementation

  1. Develop national specifications for the elaborated ITP & ILT for the Romanian context
  2. Co-writing Sustainability Strategy for future implementation of EREMI content
  3. Perform test implementation of developed EREMI contents ITP (OUTPUT 1) during the EREMI runtime in the framework of demonstration workshops
  4. Co-perform test implementation of developed ILT (OUTPUT 2) during the EREMI runtime in the framework of demonstration lectures and exercises

Achievement of project activities monitoring

  1. Preparing the evaluation forms to be used for internal and external evaluation.
  2. Carrying out external evaluation – by experts and target groups.
  3. Involving potential learners for the pilot testing.
  4. Develop a questionnaire (paper and/or online) for evaluating the content and positive effect on the reputation of BEIA among all possible target groups in the demonstration lectures and exercises – at least 30 students, teachers, as well as external interested experts from different areas, interested in the thematic area
  5. Prepare and require an external opinion / evaluation of the ITP and ILT and relevant parts of BEIA from the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research
  6. Develop a methodology, together with the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research, on evaluation of the professional development through EREMI education on IoT and Big Data processing in the Manufacturing Industries as a Life Long Learning courses
  7. Perform a survey based on this questionnaire
  8. Provide data report
  9. Appoint 1-2 Management board members from BEIA. The constitution of the Management board will happen at the first consortial project meeting.
  10. Develop a methodology on CO2 footprint reduction correlation with EREMI success parameters and test implement these
  11. Develop a white paper on “EREMI and green economy”

OUTPUT 1 – Innovative Teaching Program ITP – Output Type Course / curriculum – Design and development

  1. Elaborate 2 open courses materials:
  2. IoT for Energy Efficiency in Production Processes (HSO, UPB, BEIA) – co-development
  3. Big Data processing (UPB, BEIA) – co-development
  4. Producing the final of version of these courses in English
  5. Uploading the materials on the platform both in Romanian and English
  6. Involve its team’s expertise, gained during previous ERASMUS + projects, on relevant for the ITP topics

OUTPUT 2 – Interactive Learning Toolkit ILT – Elaboration and test deployment

  1. Support HSO on deploying the ILT
  2. Cooperate with UPB on the ITP integration in the ILT
  3. Country specific setting of the ILT
  4. Test deployment of ILT Month 13

MULTIPLIER EVENT – Mini conference in Bulgaria

  1. Participation
  2. Invitation of relevant network partners from the geographic and thematic Region of BEIA
